The Challenge Brief:
#HERGlobalChallenge is a 12 week transformational journey designed to elevate participants growth, learning and impact. The Challenge prepares participants to seize their next aligned opportunity, while forging enriched relationships with an EPIC group of leaders and innovators from across our planet.
We tap into, identify and work at your unique growth edge (wherever you are on your Journey) - focussing on establishing the habits and foundations and expansion that begin to impact your life and leadership journey and prepare you to step into the next level of your expansive impact at this important time in your life.
The Challenge runs from April 8 to June 27, 2024 and activates four (4) transformational phases:
RAISING ENERGY FOR HER
In Phase 1 we create a path for us to find and return to our natural state of vitality and grounded life force energy laying the groundwork for epic expansion.
CULTIVATING TRUE PROSPERITY
In Phase 2 we re-claim what it means to be truly prosperous - cultivating healthy best practices to call in true wealth (spoiler - we’re not just talking about money) for now and for future generations.
FUN, FRIENDSHIPS & ADVENTURE
In Phase 3 we inspire experiences at your growth-edge for deeper connection with yourself and others. So we can create impact on purpose, while leaning into more fun, more joy and even more life force energy for good.
ACTIVATING YOUR FIERCE VOICE
In Phase Four we unlock your most impactful voice with authenticity, fierce clarity and fine-tuned creative expression, so you’re ready to step forward with power and into your next aligned opportunity.
Participants finish the Challenge ready to access opportunities that are now possible because of WHO they have Become during the Challenge, WHO they have walked alongside and the EPIC possibilities that are now emerging.

This transformational journey is tailored for leaders (and aspiring leaders) striving for personal and professional change in their lives, in their communities and organizations and the projects and people they love.

The Challenge is hosted on the Revolutionary.Circle App - our own private community that you can access 24/7 from your Desktop or Mobile Device. We are committed to providing a Challenge environment free from the distractions of Social Media Platforms, designed with YOUR transformation in mind.

Phase One of The Challenge is designed to reset your natural state of vitality and grounded life force energy. First we’ll tap into and name your intentions for The Challenge - the YOU you’re wanting to become. Then we’ll connect to foundational, simple transformational habits for re-claiming and creating more energy and vitality in your life.
Prosperity
In Phase Two, YOU define what prosperity means for you so we can individually and collectively cultivate healthy best practices for prosperity for our future, for our families, communities and organizations.
For future generations.
Fun, Friendships and Adventure
In Phase Three we step into creating FUN (yes we said FUN!) experiences at your growth-edge for deeper connection with yourself and others. So we can create impact on purpose, while leaning into more fun, more joy and even more life force energy for good.

Fierce Voice
In Phase Four we unlock your voice with authenticity, fierce clarity and fine-tuned creative expression, so you’re ready for your next expansive and aligned opportunity.
In this phase the core transformational habits and actions you’ve cultivated throughout the Challenge will be illuminated and shared in our epic community declaration process.
Core Results
You will finish the Challenge ready to access opportunities that are now possible for you because of WHO you have Become during the Challenge, WHO you have walked alongside and the possibilities that are now emerging for you.

Upon Completion of the Challenge, participants will be eligible to enter to receive one of an incredible range of prizes - we’ll be releasing prize information throughout the program and pre-program.
SPOILER ALERT: There will be an opportunity for selected participants to audition for an upcoming transformation based TV/streamed series about women at the frontlines of leading change.
All participants who complete The Challenge will be eligible to apply to be featured in our 2025 For HER Calendar which includes a photoshoot, profile and impactful leadership quote.
The Challenge is open to women, non-binary and two-spirit humans.

The weekly time commitment for the Challenge is 90-120 minutes in-community (group sessions learning opportunities, online community connection and support) and90-120 minutes of prioritized individual time (movement, personal reflection, group session integration, practice) in order to receive maximum transformation and value from the Challenge.

The Challenge in hosted on Revolutionary Circle. Revolutionary Woman Global’s Community Platform and APP. You will be able to access the Challenge from your desktop or by downloading the APP onto your phone. We host the Challenge outside of mainstream Social Media platforms so we can create a consistent challenge experience, epic community building, clear ways to participate in the Challenge and minimize distraction. Think of our APP your Challenge buddy in your pocket, available any time you want to connect and re-fuel for the journey ahead.

The Challenge runs globally across many timezones. All sessions are recorded and available for you to listen, watch, download and digest at any time during the Challenge. All practice based teachings are recorded in advance so we can include subtitles and other practices for maximum inclusion. And because the Challenge is hosted on our own APP, everything is available to you 24 hours a day, in your own time.
