The HER Global Challenge is led by Charlene SanJenko (she/her) of PowHERhouse Impact Network, and Regen Impact Media & Morna MacGillivray (she/her) of Revolutionary Woman Global.

  • Charlene SanJenko leads a growing media franchise, including a regenerative film studio, impact amplifier network, and forthcoming publishing house. She is a 20+ year veteran in social innovation entrepreneurship, an impact producer, and media visionary.

    Charlene is the Founder of reGEN impact media. She is an Indigenous Storyteller, Impact Producer, and Media Visionary, a pioneer in the emerging industry of impact entertainment. reGEN impact media works on behalf of brands, investors, and storytellers with a common interest in media with vision to shift our future’s narrative.     Born in the Splatsin Band of the Shuswap Nation, of BC, Charlene believes in creating from a place of collective genius, celebrating congruent and cohesive partnerships that bring stories of hope and possibility fully alive. As an Indigenous Storyteller and emerging filmmaker, she works closely with her Indigenous teacher and knowledge-keeper Wenecwtsin, former Kukpi7 Wayne Christian, on her return to community, cultural learnings, and intentional creative process.

    Charlene holds a solid reputation in the social impact space with former corporate background in investment services, marketing & communications, and impact production, now dedicated to radically transforming how creative resources are allocated and to whom.

  • Morna is a global leader in transformational education, community building and social innovation for leaders shaping the future of our planet - our collective future.

    Currently based on the west coast of Canada, Morna was born and raised in Aotearoa, New Zealand and is a first generation Pakeha. Her work is firmly rooted in bi-culturalism and long term partnerships with Indigenous and marginalized communities. She believes this is the foundation for exploring ways of co-creating that builds bridges, scaffolds, and maps to a world in which we can ALL thrive.

    As a pioneer in 21st century leadership and social entrepreneurship, Morna has co-created and led multiple start-ups, built her own global leadership development practice, and led transformational projects at scale in diverse settings across our planet. Most often using the vehicle of gathering for impact, she designs and leads transformational learning events, programs and projects that have impacted 1000’s of leaders and communities.

    Morna brings to the table a powerful global audience and network of thought leaders, social innovators, activists and agents of change. She served as the Vice-chair of the Global ALIA Institute, Founding Chair of Ako Books (a social enterprise publishing company) and Chaired the Authentic Leadership Center at Naropa University - exposing and connecting her to a vast global network of world changing leaders.

    Morna is currently the Founder of Revolutionary Woman Global (RWG) through RWG’s Platform (Revolutionary.Circle), RWG creates transformational education, powerful global communities of practice, and experimental economies for revolutionary impact at scale.
